What areas do you cover?

There are no particular limitations to the areas that we can work. However most of our work is carried out in Aberdeen, Banff, Buckie, Elgin, Forres, Inverness, Keith, Lossiemouth and surrounding areas.

Do you hire out carpet cleaners?

Not at the moment. The ones we use are for commercial use and you would need to be trained.  If you're thinking about hiring a carpet cleaner, there are a few suppliers in Elgin, Inverness and Aberdeen.  However it's worth doing the sums. As well as the hire there's detergent and of course the time. It's also worth checking your insurance will cover any mishaps. Alternatively, call us for a quote, as you may be pleasantly surprised!

I'm thinking of getting new carpets, is it worth cleaning them first?

We can carry out a condition check. Then if it is worthwhile and you agree, we can clean one carpet so you can assess the results. We will give you a very good quote on cleaning the rest of them.

Do I have to move anything before my carpets are cleaned?

We will move any necessary furniture. However, we would appreciate it if you could remove any small or delicate items from the floor surfaces.

Will I be charged for cancelling my appointment?

There is no charge for cancelling an appointment. However we would be grateful if you could give us as much notice as possible. We will also accommodate any re-scheduling.

Do you carry out 'one off' cleaning jobs for offices?

We are happy to carry out 'one off' cleaning tasks as well as regular contracts.

Do you carry out work for large building developments?

We can arrange a programme for building developers as well as multiple properties, which is tailored to suit your requirements and timescales.
